The ZABUKEM apartment house is part of the Skiresort Buková Hora, 10 minutes from Dolní Morava.
In winter from us you can walk to the slopes: the cable car station with a heated four-seater is only 150m from the house! Over 8000m of slopes are available per ski pass. In summer there are countless cycling routes, attractions and excursion destinations. The most sought-after location in Eagle, Dolní Morava, is only a ten-minute drive away. So you can leave all the unpleasant turmoil behind without missing out on the much-vaunted slopes and trails.
which apartment will you choose?
Modern and luxuriously equipped apartment house offers 2 spacious apartments of 165 m2 and 190 m2. Each of the apartments can accommodate up to 10 guests. Apartment Active also has a spacious children's playroom full of toys and games and an XBOX S series game console with a GamePass Ultimate subscription. Wellness Apartment offers a large Finnish sauna with a relaxation room instead of a games room. On the second floor in the games room, double connecting doors can be unlocked to connect the two apartments.
In the common areas there is a changing room, a ski room with a boot dryer and a bike room with an electric bike charger. The outdoor playground and parking spaces for your car are protected by fencing.

From September, breakfast is available from Friday to Sunday. Breakfast is served in a building approx. 100 m from our apartments.

Beech Mountain
The apartment house is located half a kilometer from the village of Mlýnický dvůr (Red Water). From the windows there is a beautiful view of the picturesque valley, nestled between the Eagle Mountains and the Jeseníky Mountains.
The first slope is 150 metres away.
The apartments are situated right at the foot of the 8.5 km long network of ski slopes of the Buková hora area. A covered and heated cable car takes you up. Cross-country skiers will enjoy countless groomed cross-country ski trails. Equipment for testers and forgetful skiers can be found in the local rental shop. After skiing, warm up in the hot tub or sauna. Children can have fun in the ski school during the day and in the equipped playroom in the evening. There is a train stop right in the village.
The summer season is perfect for cyclists or expeditions with children
The Orlické Mountains are intertwined with singletracks and cycling trails, directly on Bukovka you will find a pumptrack and a mini bikepark. Bicycle, electric bike, mountain carts and mountain scooters are available for rent. Lower Moravia will delight adults and children alike: try the Mammoth Parks, the Trail in the Clouds, the Bobsled Track or the world's longest suspension bridge.
